1. The service
Recam is a screen recorder made of a browser extension and a hosting service. Recordings are uploaded to a private library and can be shared through a link. The planned free launch offer includes 10 GB of storage and no limit on the length of an individual recording.
2. Your content
Recordings you create are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store them and stream them to people with whom you share links. Anyone with a recording’s link may be able to watch it, and you are responsible for where you send those links. Deleting a recording is permanent.
3. Acceptable use
Use Recam only where you have the right to record. Respect applicable consent laws, privacy, intellectual property, and the rights of other people. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
4. No warranty
Recam is provided “as is.” Recording and uploading depend on your device, browser, and network, so we cannot promise that every recording will complete, upload, or remain available. Keep another copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Recam and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost recordings or profits.
